Welcome to Otaku Gems, our anime-merchandise store. These terms apply to your use of our website, including browsing the Chibi Crate mystery-box range.
Purchases are covered by our terms of sale, returns and refunds policy and shipping policy. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.
Using the website
Provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us, keep account credentials secure, and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. If you are not legally able to enter a purchase contract, ask a parent or guardian to make the purchase for you.
