Frequently asked questions
What is guaranteed in every crate?
Every Founder Drop 01 crate contains 8–10 officially licensed anime items in total. That includes at least one boxed anime figure and one additional feature item, such as another figure, a plush or a larger collectible. The rest is a mix of licensed anime merchandise.
Can I choose which anime I get?
You can share up to three favourites in the Your favourite anime field before adding your crate to the cart. This is optional. We use your choices to guide our picks, but specific series, characters and items are not guaranteed.
Is this a subscription?
No. Founder Drop 01 is a one-off pre-order, with no recurring payments. This release is limited to 25 crates in total. The stock counter shows how many crates remain available; adding a crate to your cart does not reserve it.
Will I receive the products in the photos?
Not necessarily. Photos show examples, not a fixed set of contents. Your crate may contain different items, but it will include the 8–10 licensed items, boxed figure and additional feature item promised in the listing.
When will my pre-order ship, and what does delivery cost?
Pre-orders close 31 October 2026 at 23:59 UK time, or earlier if sold out. Estimated dispatch is 9–15 November 2026. This is when we expect to send your crate, not an arrival date.
We dispatch from the UK with tracked delivery. UK shipping is £8.99 per crate. We also deliver to 40 selected international destinations. Enter your address at checkout to see the available delivery options and charge.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
If your order is delivered outside the UK, you are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and courier clearance fees. These are paid separately to customs or the courier, not collected at checkout or included in the product or delivery price. This also applies to US orders.

What if I need to cancel or return my order?
UK consumers can cancel within 14 days after the day of delivery, then send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. We offer statutory returns only, with no extra goodwill return period. You pay the disclosed change-of-mind return postage.
Return the complete crate with all supplied items and accessories, and original packaging wherever possible. Opening packaging does not automatically remove your rights. Lawful deductions may apply for actual loss in value caused by handling beyond reasonable inspection. Faulty-goods and mandatory local rights remain unaffected.
